What products do you use in the salon?

At Curl Loft, we primarily use Innersense Organic Beauty and Original Moxie—brands known for supporting healthy curls and natural texture. We also continually explore and test new professional haircare lines to ensure we’re offering high-quality, curl-focused options for our guests.

How do I book an appointment?

Appointments can be booked directly through the Book Now button on our website. This will show all available services along with current appointment times, allowing you to select the option that best fits your needs.

What steps should I follow to reschedule or cancel my appointment?

If you need to reschedule or cancel your upcoming appointment, please refer to the link provided at the bottom of your email confirmation(s) that was sent to you when the appointment was originally made.

Will I receive a confirmation prior to my appointment?

Absolutely! Once your appointment is successfully booked online, you will get an email that confirms the appointment. Additionally, you will also receive an email reminder 48 hours ahead of your scheduled appointment time.

The date I wish to schedule an appointment is unavailable, can I be added to a waiting list?

Absolutely! If you are trying to book a service and there are no available dates shown, please don't hesitate to reach out to the salon at info@curlloft.com, make sure to include your name and phone number in your email.

Will I be automatically charged on the credit card I provided to book my appointment when the service concludes?

No, I ask that you bring the physical card with you. If you want to handle someone else's appointment who is scheduled to come in, please contact us either through text or email.

Which payment methods do you accept?

I accept all major credit cards, cash, or Zelle

Can I buy products on the day of my appointment?

Absolutely! The salon has innersense organic beauty and original moxie products available for purchase.

Is a deposit necessary to schedule an appointment?

no, however, I do need a valid credit card on file to schedule any appointments.

How long should I plan for my color service?

please plan for approximately 4-5 hours for the majority of color services. if you have any time limitations, kindly inform us beforehand so we can check if we can accommodate.

What hairstyle should I choose for my appointment?

Kindly wear your hair down with minimal products. I suggest washing and detangling your hair the day prior to your appointment to allow me to observe your natural curl pattern. I want to see how you prefer to style your hair so that I can cut accordingly.

Are walk-ins welcome?

Unfortunately, I operate by appointment only, but feel free to text me to check if there are any same-day appointments available.

What are your salon hours?

My first appointment is at 11am from Tuesday to Saturday, and the last appointment is at 5pm. If you require an appointment outside of regular hours, please reach out to us via email at info@curlloft.com, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Where should I park?

parking is available only on the street. You can find free parking along Santa Fe between Banning and 2nd Street. There are several parking structures near the salon located at either the Geary building or the Aliso building. If you happen to park in a metered space, please take a photo of the spot number in case you need to add more time to the meter before it runs out. Avoid parking in the alley, as you will be towed.

Do you provide haircuts for curly kids?

Absolutely! The pricing is identical to that of adult appointments.

Do you provide funky/fashion color services?

Absolutely! I kindly request that you email info@curlloft.com with your color inspirations prior to your appointment to ensure we have the desired colors available.
